A company is looking for a GM Warranty Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and
timely processing
Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding
warranty claims
Collaborate with internal departments and the warranty team to
improve processing efficiency
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in warranty processing or administration
Current Warranty Certified status through OEM training
Proficient in using warranty management software and systems
Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
