Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Casualty Adjuster -
Represented.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate thorough coverage and liability investigations
Evaluate and resolve moderate to severe bodily injury claims,
including drafting coverage letters
Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys while preparing
presentations for upper claims management
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience handling complex and severe
first-party and bodily injury claims
High School Diploma required
Must be able to become Adjuster licensed in all states where
required
Proficient with computer software; experience with Guidewire claims
system is a plus
This is an in-office role in specific locations with a remote day
bank
