Job Description OBGYN opening near San Diego, CA * Located in *Escondido, CA - just 30 miles from San Diego! Full-time, permanent opening 1099 independent contractor Joining an established team* Provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare, manage labor and deliveries, and participate in OB labor call Responsibilities: Manage labor and deliveries, ensuring safe and effective maternal care Provide full-spectrum OB and gynecologic services, including prenatal, antenatal and postpartum care Perform gynecologic surgeries, including routine and complex procedures Diagnose and treat reproductive health concerns, including infertility and menopausal care Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality, patient-centered outcomes* Participate in OB labor call rotations to support continuity of care for maternal patients Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board certification (or eligibility) in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid medical license to practice in California Strong surgical skills and experience managing obstetric emergencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($400k) Additional funding for benefits package and productivity incentive* Access to advanced medical technology and equipment
