If you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and your connection to a vibrant community, we’d love to talk. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration: Work alongside a close-knit team of 5 physicians, actively involved in work groups such as practice guidelines, the code blue committee, and the ICU celebration of life committee. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Must be comfortable managing ICU patients and be open to performing central lines. Authorized to work in the USA Scheduling: Flexible scheduling with 10-hour night shifts M-F and 11.5-hour night shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Key Responsibilities: Nocturnist covers the ICU overnight and supervises the residents’ admissions to the floor. Intensivists are available telephonically overnight. Central line & airways skills are desired, although back-up is available. Phenomenal team culture. Manageable workload. In-house Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residency programs. EMR: Cerner with Dragon for dictation.
