local obstetricians to ensure every pregnant woman presenting to
the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician. - Provide
in-house expertise in managing obstetric emergencies to improve
patient safety and satisfaction. - Seeking OB/GYNs with: - Strong
clinical and communication skills - Passion for healthcare quality
improvement - Desire to shape the future of the specialty -
Full-time hospitalists typically work seven 24-hour shifts per
month. - No on-call duties and no office management

Private NICU rooms - Water birthing suite (rare in Los Angeles
County) - Three dedicated surgery suites - A new pregnancy care
center with private triage spaces - Facility averages: - ~2,600
