A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (US
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the sales team post-sale, ensuring
account continuity
Lead the technical deployment of the platform, ensuring smooth
onboarding and capability deployment
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing
issues and maintaining a high-quality experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS, with experience in
Technical Account Management or similar
Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP,
Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps
Experience leading technical projects and managing cloud
deployments
Strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business
goals
Relevant certifications in cloud or security (preferred)
