Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive product portfolio strategy
throughout the product lifecycle
Deliver key success metrics related to product delivery, quality,
and utilization
Mentor and lead product management teams, ensuring consistent
product management processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of experience in related roles
5+ years of experience in health IT, PBM, pharmacy, payer, or
healthcare-related fields
7+ years of people management experience or progressive leadership
roles
5+ years of experience managing the overall success of a product or
line of business
