Job Description Annashae is seeking an on-site Psychiatrist to provide services to an inpatient mental health facility near Bloomington, IL. Coverage is needed throughout the week (Monday-Friday) 3-4 days per week. This position offers a manageable caseload. On average, psychiatrists at this facility would attend court 1-2 times on average. Duties include: 1.Documentation of reasons for medication changes.· 2.Monthly progress notes on patients describing changes in mental status, behavior and psychopharmacotherapy · 3.Fitness Status (90 days)· 4.Progress during facility stay to justify transfer to less secure facility.· 5.Review of seclusion and restraints at least twice a month Benefits: · Long Term Contracts · Medical Malpractice Provided · Travel Related Expenses · Competitive Compensation Requirements: Current Illinois Medical license· Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate.· Current DEA certificate BC/BE in Psychiatry· Forensic or Corrections Experience a plus* For more information, please reach out to Michelle Lee at 440-589-4046 or mpetering@annashae.com
