transforming your career. Associate Scientist, Yeast Display What
you will do Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role
you will contribute to the selection and optimization of
next-generation biologics in our Integrated Protein Discovery and
Engineering group within Protein Therapeutics. The Yeast Display
Associate Scientist will be responsible for executing display
projects aimed at identifying and optimizing proteins to meet
therapeutic design goals. The qualified candidate will join a
multidisciplinary team with capabilities in display technologies,
protein engineering, computational protein design, and the
production and optimization of complex large molecules. Key
Responsibilities include: Performing molecular biology techniques
to construct libraries of proteins for yeast display Flow
cytometry-based characterization and FACS-based stratification of
diverse libraries of protein variants. Analyzing data independently
and carefully documenting experimental plans and procedures Working
independently and effectively in teams What we expect of you We are

these qualifications. Basic Qualifications: Masters degree 1 year
of relevant scientific experience Or Bachelors degree and 3 years
of relevant scientific experience Preferred Qualifications:
Degree(s) in the life sciences Expertise in molecular biology (PCR
and cloning) and cell culture (bacterial or yeast) Passion to learn
and work collaboratively within diverse teams of scientists Strong
organization and communication skills Experience with protein
display techniques and mammalian cell culture is a plus. What you

(excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on
several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills,
experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary,
