Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to secure
enrollments in energy-saving programs
Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals
Participate actively in a remote team environment and contribute to
training sessions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment,
preferably in a call center
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
Bilingual candidates are preferred to assist Spanish-speaking
customers
