A company is looking for a Senior Patient Financial Services
Representative CBO.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and training to the Patient Financial Services
team
Process payments, adjustments, claims, and refunds accurately and
timely
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials to maximize
reimbursement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Two or more years of experience in patient financial services or
the insurance industry
Knowledge of medical terminology and common insurance types
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of common office software and database systems
