Company Overview: - -The Sliding Door Company is a successful manufacture and distributor of high-end interior glass solutions with more than 20 Showroom's throughout North America. - Since 2005 our objective has always been to provide inspiring, state-of-the-art interior doors that are functional and optimize the available floor space. - - -Position Overview: - - -The Sales Manager will -provide sales training for new sales hires and existing sales members. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity, efficiency and closing ratios. - -Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: -

  • Master Products and Procedures related to TSDC
  • Listen to Sales calls of the sales team across the country, providing feedback and ways to improve sales results
  • Conduct skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session
  • Monitor the CRM activities, pulling performance reports, and making sure the team is -following the CRM activities
  • Develop new features in the CRM for better time management and sales as needed
  • Develop and implement training curriculum in advance of scheduled training sessions for new hires and existing employees
  • Produce physical and digital educational materials and store them with easy accessConduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations personnel to identify challenges they face in their -day-to-day -work & provide training to enhance their productivity -Qualifications: -
    • 3+ years of -proven work experience as a sales company trainer
    • Excellent people skills with the ability to -communicate concisely and effectively by -phone, email correspondence, and in-person -or VIA TEAMS -
    • Experience handling a full training schedule -
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated is a must
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Current & valid -Driver's License -Why work here:
