Bookkeeper / Customer Service Rep

Job Description:

Front office duties
Customer service: order tracking, clients' data entry, etc.
AR: Invoicing, Customer Payments, and Collection
AP: Bill entry and ACH payments
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Assistance to outside CPA with report preparations
Other office duties as needed Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma required; AA or BA degree preferred in accounting, business administration, or other related fields
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
