real estate brand focused at the highest end of the market and
co-founded by several of the most innovative leaders in the
industry. OFFICIAL Partners Real Estate is operational in New York,
The Hamptons, and Miami and is responsible for many of the most
notable development and hotel projects in the country. -
We have two categories of clientele - the first are our agents and
teams and the second are our customers. Our agent's and team's
ability to deliver at the highest level for the customers depends
on the level of service we provide.
That is why we are seeking -the most talented customer service
professionals in the industry including our first Agent Experience
Specialist.
Who is the Agent Experience Specialist?
The Agent Experience Specialist is the primary point of contact,
project manager, and guide for our high-profile clientele (our
agents). - -

Responsibilities:
What you'll do:
--- You will be matched with clients (our agents) from the moment
of onboarding and serve as their guide to all aspects of OFFICIAL
Partners Real Estate tools, systems and processes for sales and
marketing -
--- You will work across multiple departments to ensure agent
questions are answered and needs are met -
--- You will become a trusted partner to our most important
customers, by helping them get the most they can from OFFICIAL
Partners Real Estate
--- You will serve as the primary point of contact between agents
and the marketing team to help with everything from collateral
creation to brand refinement to website development to email
marketing
--- You will support researching, selecting, and managing vendors
when needed
--- You will perform a range of team lead coordination tasks such
as creating and updating projects (and tasks) in our project
management software and updating status docs to monitor and
communicate updates about work in progress internally and
externally
Qualifications:
Who are you?
--- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality,
customer service, agency side, operations, or project management

--- You possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with
high-profile clientele -
--- You are an excellent communicator with dedication to swift
follow-up and problem solving
--- You have a service-oriented mindset and passion for supporting
client needs -
--- You have meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
--- You enjoy working with clients: You have high empathy and a
unique ability to understand client needs
--- You don't give up: You have the grit, determination, and
tenacity needed to push through roadblocks within highly
unstructured environments
--- You have a track record for getting things done: You know how
to juggle competing priorities and drive toward outcomes
--- You're great at keeping everyone up to date
--- You can think strategically while being in the weeds: You can
identify key trends and insights from customer conversations and
the broader market to connect the dots on what we should do and
aren't intimidated by providing critical feedback
