local time zone. What Are We Looking for in the Ideal Candidates?
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative who will
aggressively prospect and develop accounts, generate sales quotes,
and handle customer inquiries. In addition, you will make cold and
warm calls for new market initiatives while becoming technically
knowledgeable about aerospace fasteners, related components and
supply chain management services. You will be highly engaged in
business development. Serves customers by selling products, meeting
customer needs. Essential Responsibilities/Duties In the
performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are
expected to following:Decision making with regard to pricing and
margins for quotes.Fast paced environment and there is a need to
work quickly.Exceed customer expectations by providing support,
information and product informationManage customer order
fulfillment functions, perform quotations, customer order review,
order entry, expediting and customer service activities.Work with
Account Manager to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain and improve
quality results by following standards, policies and
proceduresAlways increasing job knowledge by studying new product
features and benefits, understanding customer requirements and
participating in educational opportunitiesWork closely with
suppliers to ensure that product meets customer
requirementsCultivate, develop and enhance customer
relationsPerform quality work within deadlines with or without
direct supervision.Interact professionally with other employees,
customers and suppliers.Work effectively as a team contributor on
all assignments.Work independently while understanding the
necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with
other employees and organizations.Follow company safety policies
and procedures.Performs additional duties as requested
Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in related major is
preferredSolid Aerospace Fastener Distribution ExperiencePrefer to
have at least (2) two years' experience in sales/customer service
Skills/Qualifications:Ability to win over customer confidence with
consistent performance and proactive attitudeAbility to multi-task,
change priorities, and focus on growing the business and exceeding
customer expectationsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and
database knowledgeLotus NotesMust work well in a team

RelationshipsMotivation for Sales Rate of Pay:$32.45 per
hourFull-time 40hr weeks (5/8) or 9/8/80 OptionalAnnual Bonus:
