Looking to work in a fast-growing industry? The artificial grass industry is rapidly growly and Smart Turf is looking for an experienced, energetic, and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in supporting our sales pipeline.

This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable in making plenty of cold calls per day, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. If you are energetic and have a willingness to learn along with the drive and creativity to uncover every opportunity, we want to talk to you!

*Responsibilities *

- Hourly rate + commission

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Identify customer needs and requirements and clearly articulate solution benefits

- Work with both B2B and B2C customer segments

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Work with sales team to build pipeline and close deals

- Track record building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships

- Demonstrate products and represent the company in meetings and conferences, in-person and online

- Track all activity in CRM

*Requirements*

- 2+ years' sales experience

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field

- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
