PURPOSEWe are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our specialty pharmacy and DME business. An experienced salesperson needed for hunting new business, growing existing opportunities and fostering current customers as an account manager. This role will be responsible for generating new sales with annual targets. This role is responsible for building relationships with new accounts and customers that feed into our business and will work cross-functionally across our team internally and externally to identify and serve as the top of our funnel in order to drive qualified leads, sales, awareness, and engagement. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with our Manufacture Partners and their salesforce to capture referrals. Critical to this is role is an ability to build relationships with key contacts to identify referral and sales opportunities.   • Drive sales expansion, meet sales goals and drive top-line revenue that ensures profitability, specifically for CGM, Pump and specialty products
  • Lead acquisition of new accounts and customers in assigned territories through cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, webs searches, or digital researches
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Answering questions and following up with potential customers, referral sources, and manufacturer partners
  • Cultivate a mature network of referrals throughout their perspective territory
  • Builds relationships with key decision and provides support to ensure a seamless handoff between lead generation and customer/patient onboarding
  • Work closely with industry professionals, Manufacture Partners, and internal team to develop key accounts, strategic partners, conduct customer visits and presentations, build proposals, and win new sales
  • Strategize and develop your potential partnership pipeline to meet sales and revenue targets
  • Measure success and contribution to key metrics for all of your initiatives
  • Work with Management to hone in on key data that supports customer profile prospecting
  • Track progress and updates on sales performance and report on key performance indicators
  • Experience prospecting through channels like LinkedIn, email, phone, and tradeshows; generate new business from digital marketing, branding and advertising
  • Understand relevant industry trends through continued research and self-education
  • Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
  • 15-20% travel if needed to attend Marketing, Industry, and Customer Events, and to attend Business Meetings

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Bachelor's Degree preferredEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
      • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
      • Proven sales, demonstrated track record of performance
      • Healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience, preferredSKILLS REQUIREMENTS
        • Professional knowledge and skill as sales representative
        • Persuasive and goal-oriented, and possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
        • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
        • Possess entrepreneurship to operate in a start- up environment; Self-motivated, self-starter, driven individual with the operational agility and the hunger necessary to close deals independently
        • Ability to work from home office when not traveling to meet potential customers, referral sources, and conferences, etc.
        • Excellent time management, communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills
        • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as collaboratively in a team
        • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and to compute rate, ratio, and percent)
        • Ability working in an unstructured and ever-changing environment
        • Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
        • Ability to provide technical advice, guidance, and support
        • Ability to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate sales and marketing plans----
        • Ability to work and interact with patient care professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team
        • Ability to type with minimal errors
        • Ability to read, comprehend, analyze, and interpret data
        • Ability to apply common sense understanding and principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems and to deal with abstract and concrete variables
