Answer prospects' questions on the telephone.Handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.Maintain log of all incoming calls.Telephone contact with customers, to follow up on customer surveys, service calls, and complaintsCreate and maintain all customer files as required.Coordinate and document all communication affecting customers, employees, sales reps or suppliers.Attend and participate in staff meetingsCreate FedEx labels and ship partsSet up customer accountsInput and process purchase orders from customers in a timely mannerFollow up with customers on outstanding balancesFollow up on customer service issues for our retailers on both MLILY and private label productsQualifications: High school diploma or GED requiredMicrosoft Excel required Strong communication skills, written and verbalStrong computer skillsStrong attention to detail is a mustAbility to think analyticallyRequirements3 + years of customer service experienceTime management skills and the ability to multi-taskSelf-starter and ability to work with minimal supervisionTeam player and willingness to help othersFollow attendance policy based on hours and schedule agreed to during hiringBilingual Spanish-English a plus!
