Job Description:

The RoleWonderful Sales is currently seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to act as Salesforce Administrator in our Los Angeles Office. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, business units, and subject matter experts to support, develop and deploy new business processes related to Salesforce.com for Wonderful Sales & FIJI merchandising field teams. This role is a part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform as well as the multiple integrated platforms for mobile, routing, and surveys.Your Wonderful Purpose:User/Product Support

  • Serve as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
  • Handle administrative functions including maintaining users account (setup and maintenance of profiles, roles, and permission sets), workflows, process builders, custom objects and Apex jobs
  • Provide end user technical support on elements such as mobile syncing, field visibility, sharing settings, validation rules; including logging and tracking of issues through resolution
  • Perform mass communication to end users on overall tech support and updates to stakeholders on projects/open issues status
  • Perform various ad-hoc requests, especially as it related to extracting data to Excel and compiling in reportsProduct Enhancements
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements
    • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
    • Demoing new features for users and executives
    • Manage integrations with various 3rd party software platforms, particularly in mobile applications and offline
    • Verify accuracy and reliability of data and recommend corrections or adjustments where indicatedProduct Development
      • Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
      • Create documentation and conduct training on processes, policies, configuration and help related materials for end users
      • Develop user input and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions
      • Work inter-departmentally with Mid to Senior-Level Management as well as end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements, user stories, and assess business process and system inefficiencies
      • Assist in creating an automated issue tracking system for visibility to recurring errors and length of time to solveSkills and Experience Requirements: Technical (Salesforce-related)
        • Strong Data Management Abilities
        • Experience with Data Loader and other peripheral Salesforce related applications
        • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools related to Salesforce.comMulti-task (Organization)
          • Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to structure workplans and prioritize activities on multiple simultaneous projects
          • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist

                    • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Sciences/Engineering or associated discipline or the equivalent experience
                    • Minimum 2-3 years experience using Salesforce.com platform experience in support setting
                    • Advanced Admin certification required; Developer certifications a plus
                    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Advanced MS Excel experience required
                    • Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including creation and delivery of Salesforce application training is required
                    • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
                    • Experience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders
                    • Demonstrated communication experience within all levels of a multi-tiered organization is required
                    • Experience in application support of field sales representatives a plus
                    • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components are a plus
                    • Experience managing multiple applications in a single org
                    • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
