Job Description We prefer a minimum of 1-2 years of Medspa
Management experience. We will also consider Front Office
Coordinators/Managers or Patient Care Coordinators who have worked
in a Medspa or Dermatology or Plastic Surgery. Most important
attributes are the ability to connect and form relationships with
patients and staff, outgoing and personable, super high energy as
well as having a passion for medical aesthetics. If this describes

Trainee salary: $30-35/hr Both with great benefits and gratis
treatments. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Medspa Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm and expertise. In
this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure
exceptional client experiences, and drive the growth of our medspa
services. Your leadership will inspire staff, manage administrative
functions, and uphold the highest standards of customer care and

culture. Duties Supervise daily medspa operations, including
appointment scheduling, client consultations, and treatment
delivery Lead and motivate a team of licensed practitioners and
support staff to achieve service excellence Manage inventory
control, purchasing, and vendor relations to ensure availability of
products and supplies Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, and
financial record-keeping to maintain accurate budgets and expenses
Implement employee orientation, training & development programs to
enhance team skills and knowledge Conduct interviewing, recruiting,
and onboarding of new team members to build a strong staff
foundation Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety
standards, and industry best practices Handle customer service
inquiries with professionalism via phone or in person, ensuring
client satisfaction Manage retail sales efforts through effective
merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques
Oversee shift management, cash handling, POS operations, and retail
math calculations for smooth store functioning Develop marketing
initiatives to promote services and increase client engagement
Requirements Proven management experience within a medspa or
similar healthcare/wellness environment with supervising
responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to
motivate diverse teams and foster a collaborative atmosphere
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual
capabilities are highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency in
negotiation, recruiting, employee orientation, and training &
development Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS
technology, purchasing procedures, and retail sales strategies
Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and
financial management tools Exceptional organizational skills with
attention to detail in scheduling, stock control, and store
operations Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately
while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service
standards Familiarity with marketing techniques relevant to retail
wellness services and wireless sales is a plus Strong time
management skills combined with administrative experience in a
