Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Contract Analyst
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Research, write, revise, and proofread proposals, Master Service
Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and technical
documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate technical
requirements into legal services contracts
Maintain standardized documentation practices and ensure compliance
with internal and external business standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent
experience
A minimum of two years of statement of work writing in a technical
environment
Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure and ability to analyze scope
and level of effort
Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
