A company is looking for an AI-Enabled Learning & Development
Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of a structured curriculum covering
onboarding, digital marketing, sales, and other essential
topics
Identify and engage internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to
contribute their knowledge and insights
Integrate AI-powered training tools for personalized learning
experiences and efficiency in content creation
Required Qualifications
Experience in training program development, curriculum design, or
instructional facilitation
Strong ability to engage and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with AI-enhanced learning platforms or willingness to
integrate AI into training programs
Adaptability to navigate a fast-moving environment and shape a
program from the ground up
