A company is looking for a Training & Onboarding Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Host daily "Ask a Trainer" sessions to assist customers with
product-related questions
Deliver consultative training sessions, helping customers
understand the "how," "why," and "when" of using specific
features
Provide live product demonstrations and guidance on feature
implementation and marketing best practices
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, onboarding,
or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS or marketing
technology environment
Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and
digital marketing best practices
Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions in a live,
interactive format
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly master and teach new
software tools
Customer-focused educator with a passion for helping businesses
grow through effective marketing
