DescriptionThe Business Systems Analyst is responsible for both business and systems analysis activities. This role leverages technical, system, and business analysis skills to interact with the business stakeholders, analyze their needs and pain points, and identify appropriate technical solutions. The BSA plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Responsibilities include collaborating closely with stakeholders and SMEs to document needs/requirements/processes; providing a visual depiction of current and/or future state (process flow, integration, CX); conducting research to identify new technologies and methods to improve business processes; collaborating with internal teams on system analysis/design/testing.
Requirements include experience with analyzing current business processes; making recommendations for improvements based on industry trends and professional business knowledge; experience with documenting business processes and requirements; proficiency in business analysis and communication techniques; experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle and Project Life Cycle Management; experience with software testing and quality assurance.

California Pay Scale: $130k per year
