Job Description:
Summary:
The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for the
maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the Dealership's facilities,
buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring they are safe,
operational, and up to code. This includes managing maintenance
staff/vendors as needed, planning repair activities, and developing
maintenance procedures.

Work Environment:
The employee will be exposed to moving parts and electrical
current. Exposed also to grease, chemicals, dust, dirt, and various
weather conditions as well as noise levels and potential hazardous
material.
This position requires the employee to frequently stand, stoop,
bend, and work in a crouched position or lying on back. Employee is
required to reach and work overhead approximately 40% of the time
and should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
