The individual will need to coordinate, communicate, and process print production related correspondence with OUTFRONT Media's Account Executives and clients with contracts relating to the traditional media portfolio for primarily the Los Angeles market, but also other OUTFRONT Media markets.Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in ensuring the legitimacy of all production orders from beginning to end (price quote through billing)
  • Communicate with sales staff, agencies, and/or clients on art, production specs, and file delivery instructions
  • Coordinate orders with multiple print vendors ensuring the orders are produced correctly, on budget, and delivered in a timely manner in order for Operations to maintain post date deadlines
  • Assist in documenting production orders, ensuring that all budgets, purchases, and timelines are recorded accurately, as well as filed properly both electronically and physically
  • Develop symbiotic relationships internally and externally
  • Assist in maintaining and increasing profit margins
  • Supports and exhibits behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy of OUTFRONT Media
  • Acts with diplomacy as a representative of OUTFRONT Media, as well as the Production and Sales Departments
  • Performs other related duties as requiredYour Qualifications
    • 1-3 years of experience
    • Must be able to take direction as well as initiative, and introduce new ideas
    • Organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking a must
    • Strong interpersonal and written & verbal communication skills
    • Able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines, while maintaining accuracyThe salary range for this role is $24-$27/per hour. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
