Act-1 Legal Solutions is assisting one of its longstanding clients in expanding its current roster of talent with new partners for its downtown Los Angeles office. The law firm is looking to expand in various practice disciplines with its current areas of concentration in Litigation, Business, Entertainment and Intellectual Property .

The primary criteria for consideration is that the attorney has a current book of business of at least $300,000. The firm is less focused on years of experience than it is on the partner's entrepreneurial spirit and ability to contribute to the overall success of this thriving firm.

The firm will provide a handsome salary, but, more importantly, allocate a generous percentage from the attorney's book to the attorney's compensation package. The firm prides itself on providing its attorneys with an autonomous work environment, while providing every resource imaginable so that an attorney may build their book of business and generate a larger client base.
