Transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and respond to basic customer questions
Process customer requests using various communication methods
Record calls and maintain account history records
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D
Zero or more years of customer service or telephone experience
Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and
telephone technology
Experience working with help desk software
