This is a thrilling opportunity for experienced drivers who are passionate about logistics, safety, and teamwork. As a Class A Driver, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products. You will be navigating various routes, constant overnight travel, and will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.Responsibilities:1. Operate Class A vehicles in accordance with company policies and state/federal laws.2. Safely transport goods to various locations, ensuring on-time delivery.3. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment such as tires, lights, brakes, and refrigeration units.4. Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of assigned vehicle.5. Accurately complete paperwork and logs for each trip.6. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers.7. Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring secure and proper stowage.8. Navigate routes efficiently, using GPS and traditional map-reading skills.9. Stay updated on weather and traffic conditions to plan the best routes.10. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while loading and unloading goods.Qualifications:1. Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).2. 3+ years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.3. A clean driving record, demonstrating a history of safe and responsible driving.4. Ability to travel overnight as required.5. Excellent understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.7. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform minor vehicle repairs.8. Good physical health, able to meet the demands of long hours on the road.9. High level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.10.
