  • A motivated & qualified investment banker -who feels "stuck" in their -present position and is -seeking -accelerated growth in -meritocracy About the position: Palm Tree's investment banking division received its introduction letter from FINRA in October 2020, as an extension of Palm Tree's consulting division, founded in 2010. As a now fully licensed broker/dealer, Palm Tree is able to extend its suite of M&A services, offering clients any number of capital markets solutions, as well as deal origination and execution. - This role is an add-to-staff position forPalm Tree's growing Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate will be a professional who has 2+ years of deal execution experience in an investment banking setting and will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment as we further institutionalize the bank's processes and structure. Responsibilities & Duties:
    • General management of transactions and client relationships -and communicating with clients throughout the process
    • Helpt to create of the financial models, including LBOs, M&A, and financing models
    • Help to development of pitchbooks, investment memorandums, supplemental marketing materials
    • Support discussions and collaborate with clients to build assumptions for the financial models and investment memorandum creation
    • Collaborate directly with Palm Tree's Vice Presidents and Managing Directors in both marketing material creation and investor outreach
    • Support the coordination of investor due diligence, go-to-market strategy and outreach Qualifications & Requirements: The most qualified Senior Analyst candidates will have 2+ years of prior work experience in investment banking. In addition to demonstrating a strong work ethic, being well organized, and capable of multi-tasking on more than one assignment at a time, candidates should have sound technical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Compensation: The Senior Analyst position offers a base salary ranging from $100k-$150k with a top-of-industry performance-based bonus.
