• Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent for our multifamily construction projects. As a leader in the construction industry, we specialize in ground-up construction of multifamily and hospitality properties. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction, multifamily, hospitality, and ground-up projects. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that they are meeting project requirements and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols, ensuring that all workers are following proper procedures and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and walkthroughs to ensure that work is progressing as planned and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including progress, budget, and any risks or issues that may arise.
  • Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily and hospitality projects.
    • Strong knowledge of ground-up construction processes and procedures, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing work.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to create and maintain schedules, budgets, and timelines.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols, with the ability to monitor and enforce compliance.
