The Mission of RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation), a national non-profit organization, is to provide affordable housing and service coordination for persons with limited incomes in an inclusive environment that enhances their quality of life physically, mentally, and spiritually.

We currently have an open position for an On-Site Property Manager at our Paloma Terrace located in Los Angeles, CA.
JOB DUTIES:

  There is an immediate opening for an on-site Property Manager at Paloma Terrace in Los Angeles, CA; it is for a 59-unit family tax credit building.
  
  
  Necessary Qualifications & Duties:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Previous Tax Credit (Section 42) property management experience mandatory
    
    
  • 
    Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision skills
    
    
  • 
    Proficient in Initial and Annual Recertification processes
    
    
  • 
    Ability to understand Income Statements and Budgets
    
    
  • 
    Must take front-line responsibility for project operations
    
    
  • 
    Computer literacy - MS Office
    
    
  • 
    Excellent organizational & strategic planning ability
    
    
  • 
    Superb communication skills
    
    
  • 
    Comprehend and communicate in the English language both orally and in writing
    
    
    REQUIREMENTS:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
      
      
    • 
      Professional and positive attitude towards residents, staff, vendors, and other organizations
