We are seeking a talented and professional Project Performance Team Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience supporting projects in the pursuit of building and project performance goals. This role is an integral part of the firm to standardize and support the Project Performance Team ("PPT") initiative. The role is based in our downtown Los Angeles, CA office, where each day we ideate, collaborate and create, supported by a culturally diverse group of architectural professionals, in-house leading-edge technology including digital fabrication, virtual design and realization, and physical modelling. As a Project Performance Team Analyst, you will---

• Be responsible for supporting the client and project team in developing and attaining project sustainability goals.
• Coordinate consultant team in development of design strategies in meeting building performance vision and project goals.
• Coordinate and document LCAs (and other documentation) for LEED, ILFI and other sustainable certifications.
• Support benchmarking and iterative modeling to drive carbon reduction strategies.
• Support the development of office / firmwide building and project performance goals.
• Coordinate with consultants and ZGF team in the development of systems (including envelope / mechanical) to meet operational performance targets.
• Review project documentation through design development goals and provide feedback on meeting Building Performance / Sustainability goals.
• Support with the development of Los Angeles CA office and ZGF firmwide Building Performance / Sustainability initiatives. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting and providing direction on projects in the pursuit of building and project performance goals within the AEC industry, or specific education and training related to building science and analysis.
  • Familiarity or expertise with building sustainability standards; such as LEED, WELL and Living Building Challenge is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work with project teams and designers to identify and integrate building performance / sustainability goals.
  • You thrive in a project-driven, constantly changing, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with ease.
  • You are resourceful, self-motivated and have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and process standardization.
