We are seeking a competent local to Los Angeles intermediate level designer/architect. While our design assignments are informed by our construction experience, our design approach fully recognizes the -potential for design to elevate -and bring value to clients and end users. We are currently working in the single & multi-family residential, affordable housing, healthcare, recuperative care, and the commercial tenant improvement sectors. -The overlap of our unique ways, our wide range of services, and the various market segments we work in regularly bring added value to our design assignments. The position is best suited for a self motivated -professional seeking professional growth. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCad, Revit, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel as well as Rhino and other modeling software commonly used in the industry.
