Job Description:

Production Accountant needed for multiple projects - HollywoodProduction studio based in Hollywood is seeking a production accountant to join our team and handle multiple projects (reality series and cable specials) of varying budgets. We are a seven person team with one assistant and are looking for someone who is experienced, personable, and reliable. You must be able to handle all prospects of production accounting for multiple projects from beginning to end, including weekly payroll (non-union) and check runs, monthly cost reporting, monthly and run of show cash flows, journal entries, 1099 reporting, tax incentive tracking, and be comfortable dealing with many different personalities across your shows. Experience with Global Vista, VPO and pcards is a must, and strong excel knowledge is a major plus. The position is freelance, with the opportunity to continue rolling onto new shows as they are available.
