The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and implementing mechanical systems for commercial and industrial projects. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, Ductwork, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems for commercial and industrial projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Create detailed drawings and schematics using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
• Perform calculations to ensure system efficiency and compliance with local codes and regulations
• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress reports to management
• Continuously improve design processes and proceduresQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, Ductwork, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices
  • Familiarity with local codes and regulations related to mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
