Title: Transformation Change ConsultantLocation: 100% Remote

Change Consultant, is responsible for supporting the development
and delivery of organizational change management (OCM) strategies.
Ability to quickly assess the scope and impact of the change and
make recommendations to improve OCM delivery capability. Role will
be instrumental in driving and tracking change readiness, defining
the OCM approach, coaching Project Managers/Consultants and key
stakeholders that are responsible for OCM delivery elements, and
monitoring delivery to enable benefits realization and the
achievement of results and outcomes. Success of change outcomes
will be measured by the implementation and fulfillment of the OCM
strategy and realization of program's defined benefits and
results.Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in
organizational change management design with emphasis on
communications and change strategies Minimum of 2 years of
experience working in the financial industry in a similar role.
Experience working in financial services industry in a change
management role highly preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in
Project Management preferred Change Management Consulting
background highly preferred PROSCI certification or change
management education highly preferred Experience in risk management
preferred Solid knowledge of all aspects of OCM methodology,
phases, tools, and techniques across the program/project lifecycle
(initiation to BAU transition). Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Power Point, Excel) and familiarity and
willingness to develop expertise in HTML, SharePointOur benefits
