Golden Rain Foundation (GRF) at Leisure World, Seal Beach (LWSB) is currently recruiting for a full-time Plumber for our Service Maintenance Department to perform electrical installation, repair and maintenance work in residential and commercial buildings, community facilities and Foundation offices.

Your Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
---Full-time, non-exempt (hourly).
---Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, possible night, weekend, and holiday shifts; your work schedule will be determined in your interview.
---This position is 100% on-site.
---Hourly Pay Range is $25.36 per hour up to $34.43 per hour.
The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Position Expectations:
---Installs stoves, ovens, and bathroom fans.
---Installs new circuits.
---Installs indoor and outdoor lighting.
---Installs phone jacks.
---Repairs stoves, ovens, and water heaters.
---Repairs lighting fixtures.
---Repairs circuits and switches.
---Repairs telephone lines from junction box to jacks.
---Repairs dishwashers and air conditioners in community facilities.
---Maintains streetlights and walk lights.
---Records time, materials, and related information on Service Repair Orders.

The experience you need:
---Knowledge of basic residential and commercial electrical installation, repair and maintenance.
---Knowledge of the materials used in the electrical trade.
---Skill in operating all equipment and tools used in the electrical trade.
---Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.

You should be able to:
---Frequent standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, and reaching.
---Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds using mechanical assistance.
---Close and distance vision, depth perception, and good vision are required.
---Frequent handling (grasping, holding), fine dexterity, and twisting.
