• Build a lean team of talented, hyper-driven, modern-era long form content creators that can serve all departments. They should have the proven ability to generate impactful content that generates a category-leading number of views
• Prioritize demands on the department and establish both department-level and individual-level OKRs that ensure adherence to key initiatives, budget, and P&L
• Create a modern content strategy and pipeline that uses data to iterate rapidly in response to cultural, algorithmic, and business requirement changes
• Integrate with the Partnerships team to ensure we maximize the revenue potential of each episode
• Optimize and guide the team via coaching and roster adjustments (when needed) to ensure the enthusiastic achievement of all relevant business goals
• Oversee every stage of the production process from planning and staffing to content deliveryOptimize the production process through technical advancements, workflow improvements and strategic ideasWork closely with all departments to support and maintain a healthy, collaborative and productive company cultureResearch and identify key creative personnel to staff on projectsWork with Director of Talent relations on guest ideas and ideas for the flagship show and sister and brother programsBuild, and develop Impact Theory's growing roster of guests and liaisonsCoordinate with post-production to map out the release schedule for episodesQualifications
  Minimum 10 years of experience in unscripted content, both in production and post production processMinimum 5 years' experience managing large teamsExpert understanding of YouTube and data analyticsAbility to deal effectively with a variety of projects at onceStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and possess superior organization and time management skillsAbility to interface with all levels of executives and talent.Ability to function well in a high-paced, high-pressure environmentHigh level communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to manage and work with numerous stakeholders within the company -The salary range for this role is $250,000 - $285,000 per year commensurate with experienceImpact Theory is an Equal Opportunity employer.
