Position Purpose: This role will focus on ensuring that the
administration of the pharmacy program is accurate and compliant by
supporting various operational tasks.
--- Develop all hierarchy levels in PBM system for client setups
--- Review and verify client setup is accurately reflected in PBM
--- Support quality reviews and testing of all benefit setup prior
to client implementation and go-live date
--- Partner with Compliance department to audit client setups and
configuration post go-live
--- Resolve escalated and complex processing, change requests,
issues or questions
--- Responsible for own work flow assignments and must be able to
take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines
--- Serve as a lead for team regarding any benefit and
configuration issues or questions
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong problem
solving and analytical skills required. Ability to manage
deliverables in a high pace environment.
Current state's Pharmacy Technician license preferred
Pay range: $17.84 to $30.34 per hour
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for
this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums
may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an
individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related
factors permitted by law. The employee may be eligible for bonuses
and other forms of compensation.
