What Are We Looking for in the Ideal Candidates? We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible to validate and review all products to ensure they meet company and industry standards. Your purpose in this role will include coaching and counseling inspection and problem-solving with a high degree of organizational ability and communication with all levels are essential to the position.
    • Understands customer quality special quality requirements
    • Works closely with company internal departments to conclude
    • Provide corrective action and root cause analyst
    • Investigate and resolve customer rejections and claims within 48 hrs.
    • Support inspection team on clarification of customer requirements and flow down
    • Manage customer related issues, waivers, DPPM, etc. via customer portal
    • Quarantine defective stock while taking measure to ensure the issue is caught
    • Support supplier quality team on corrective actions that pertain to the customer
    • Manage customer quality rating on a monthly basis
    • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
    • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions
    • Prepares metrics and excel reports (Align & Customer) as needed.
    • Works on all other projects or tasks
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Experience and Qualification:
      • 3-5 years of aerospace fasteners experience (highly preferred)
      • Extensive experience with quality assurance - (Required)
      • Certification in Quality Auditor or Quality Improvements- (Highly desired)
      • Certification on blueprint reading and shop math (Required)
      • SAP system knowledge (intermediate or higher)
      • Extensive experience with implementation of corrective action programs
      • First article of Inspection (Required)
