Position Summary
Are you a smart strategy-driven Analyst? EVgo is hiring a Strategic
Operations Analyst, to bring robust analysis, strong quantitative
skills, and enthusiasm to evaluate and improve network operations
and charger performance in support of Asset Management, network
planning, cost optimization, and emerging technologies.
Leveraging data analysis, financial modeling, and product expertise
you will lead decision-making and strategy related to our assets,
directly supporting senior leadership. Key responsibilities include
and analyzing large data sets, developing insights, presenting
recommendations, and leading cross-functional decision-making and
implementation.
Reporting to the Vice President, Internal Management and
Operations, this role is dedicated to the Asset Management team. As
a successful candidate, you will bridge multiple functions in the
organization to support company leadership and business priorities.
collaborate with specialists, engineers, and technicians to support
all in-field EVgo assets and meet uptime targets. If you thrive in

Responsibilities :
Lead the transformation of asset-level data into meaningful
financial analyses, analytics, presentations, and performance
dashboards to drive decision-making.
Support capital planning activities with senior leadership,
including asset-level budget approvals, Capex, and cash flow
forecasting.
Develop key insights on historical capital investment performance
and propose recommendations.
Lead asset management technological innovation (ticketing,
projects, and assets systems) and proactively identify ways to
better leverage technology to create value for the team.
Track and analyze charger performance data, including collaborating
with manufacturers and service providers to study component life
expectancy, failure rates, repair metrics, and costs
Distill rigorous analyses into clear conclusions and business
recommendations, and present findings using effective visuals to
drive decision making.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence to establish data gathering
and processing protocols, formulate performance metrics, and
develop automated dashboards to present key metrics.
Deliver presentation materials for internal and external
meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams, Field Technicians, and
subcontractors to coordinate maintenance/service as necessary.
Follow-up with vendors, service providers, and internal staff on
outstanding tickets and issues.
Additional Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related
fields.
2-4 years of financial or quantitative modeling experience in
Excel
SQL proficiency is a plus.
Knowledge of applied statistics is preferred.
Commercial Insurance or Actuarial experience preferred.
Demonstrated success in the simultaneous delivery of multiple
projects and programs; exemplary attention to detail
Experience with cross-functional collaboration with clients, peers,
management, and other departments.
Strong data visualization skills that communicate results and drive
decision-making.
Excellent at developing and delivering presentations to technical
and non-technical audiences.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, interpretive skills, and
technical acumen.
Ability to report to both a hardline manager and a dotted line
manager.
Bonus: Experience in infrastructure deployment, smart grid or clean
tech-related industries, electric vehicle charging, battery
storage, demand response, renewable energy, or distributed energy
