Our MissionHappiest Baby is a fast-growing company that specialized in infant and early childhood products. Our flagship product - SNOO Smart Sleeper - is a smart bassinet that actively responds to an infant's crying and fussing with motion and sound to help lull the baby back to sleep. This device consists of multiple electronic and moving components, as well as Wi-Fi-enabled smart features. SNOO is a complex product that requires a smart and process driven team to manage the quality and manufacturing.Happiest Baby also produces other infant products ranging from a responsive teddy bear to soft goods, like swaddles and onesies.
Your RoleAs we continue to grow our diverse and complex product line, we are looking for a quality technician who will be a supportive addition to the QA Team. We are looking for a keen individual to take on multiple roles to maintain and improve the quality of Happiest Baby products. They will be filling key roles in maintaining quality documentation, diagnostic testing, data collection and root cause analysis.
Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating Documents (SOP, CAPA, ECO, Validation testing, AQL, Investigations)
• Data collection
• Root cause analysis
• Validation and Reliability testing
• Building reports and presentations
• Packing and shipping
  Experience
  • 3-5 years of QA or technician experience in a consumer product company
    Skills
    • Experience with Microsoft office
    • Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.
    • Familiar with writing and maintaining documents such as SOP's, CAPA's and ECO's
    • Lifting and setting up product weighing 50lbs
    • Soldering skills preferred
    • Understanding of Electronics Basics
      The candidate should be willing to travel locally within US.
