We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.Job DescriptionThe Opportunity: Mattel Inc. is seeking a Development & Production Coordinator to join our Mattel Films Team in El Segundo, California.What Your Impact Will Be: The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the feature film productions run smoothly and that internal and external participants are receiving the information and support they need.The Development Coordinator will set-up meetings, manage assets, help the Mattel Films Producers with vendor management, attend creative meetings and manage follow-up as well as ensure the approvals process runs smoothly.Asset Retention: Manage archiving and retrieval of all materials and assets for productions.Mattel Films Research and Presentations: Research and assistance with presentations to be conducted on an as-needed basis.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Theater Arts, or related field highly preferredAt least 2 years' experience in theatrical/feature film production requiredSolid interpersonal, organizational, teamwork, multi-tasking, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency with MS Word and ExcelThe candidate also must have the ability to be detail-oriented with strong project management skills.The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Additional InformationWhat It's Like to Work Here:We are a purpose driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.
