Job Description:
Job Description TEMP TO HIRE The responsibilities of the
Inventory Sorter will include but are not limited to the following;
sorting inventory according to policies and procedures, provide
sorting results daily, monitor inventory sorting levels and product
quality in all warehouses, coordinate inventory movement into
sorting area. As the Inventory sorter, conduct daily product
inspections to ensure inventory meets product quality requirements.
EXPERIENCE 1 years of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing or
production environment preferred. 1 year working knowledge of basic
fruit and vegetables products. Understand quality, grading scales,
and stages of vegetable and fruit maturity. Knowledge of Inventory
Control best practices. 1 years of Inventory Control & Productivity
Standards. SKILLS Warehousing and sorting production. --- Strong
organizational and follow-up skills. --- The ability to communicate
orally and in writing effectively, follow written and verbal
instructions or tasks, and understand general inventory workflow
concepts with all levels of employees and management. --- Bilingual
preferred (English/Spanish). --- Perform and execute basic math
skills. Punctuality and excellent attendance record. Be able to
follow instructions with minimum supervision. Strong
