We Offer: --- Continual training, certification, and licensing opportunities--- Competitive benefits with Paid Time Off, Basic Life Insurance & AD, Voluntary Life Insurance (optional), Health, Vision, and Dental insurance--- Guaranteed 40 hours per week--- Company vehicles--- Opportunities for growthResponsibilities: --- Position requires work in office and in the field--- Provide remote and on-site IT support to internal employees and to external clients--- Perform new IT infrastructure project installations at client premises including network, server, desktop, telephony and other low voltage equipment--- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of BTI and client IT infrastructure including cabling infrastructure--- Keep track of open tickets status and perform coordination of troubleshooting activity between NOC, Helpdesk and client--- Keep accurate and detailed records in BTI ticketing and CRM systems--- Must be available for rotating On-Call assignment--- Must maintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresRequired Skills: --- At least 3 years of commercial IT support experience--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills--- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop products: Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, Outlook--- Ability to install and to perform initial configuration of Microsoft operating systems and business applications--- Experience with basic troubleshooting of Internet and LAN connectivity, printers, scanners--- Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware--- Basic knowledge of networking: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP--- Experience with cabling: Cat 6 troubleshooting, using of punch-down tool and cable testerDesired Skills: --- Experience with Apple products--- Experience with Active Directory: creation of new user accounts, resetting passwords, changing permissions--- Experience with basic servers hardware configuration: BIOS, Raid, LOM--- Basic understanding of corporate network infrastructure: wireless APs, switches, firewalls--- Experience with VoIP Phones: installation, configuration, troubleshooting--- Experience with POTS lines: fax lines, 66 block, cross-connectsPowered by JazzHR DbQMdn4aVU
