Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to enhance
customer retention and ensure optimal use of its integration
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Establish trusted relationships with customers to drive product
value through proactive and reactive engagement
Utilize data to identify customer trends and implement programs to
enhance customer health and experience
Guide customers through onboarding and ensure full adoption of the
platform while addressing any at-risk situations
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in Customer Success, Account
Management, enterprise software implementation, or related
fields
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and application integration
preferred
Experience in a startup environment is highly desired
Proven ability to lead and own client meetings
