Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist to
oversee and administer leave requests and accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee FMLA leave administration and ensure compliance with state
and federal laws
Communicate with employees regarding leave needs and manage life
events and system changes
Analyze employee data to inform management and recommend
improvements to the leave program
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of leaves administration experience
Experience partnering with payroll and finance, and knowledge of HR
systems
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
Expert proficiency with leave administration and multi-state and
federal laws governing leaves
Ability to manage multiple projects and build rapport with
employees and stakeholders
