Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Loan Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide origination support to the Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
and borrowers through administrative tasks
Assist with pre-qualifications and pre-approval processes,
including pulling credit reports and contacting borrowers for
additional information
Update the MLO's database and perform clerical duties as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 year college
curriculum preferred
Two or more years of experience in administrative assistance,
clerical work, or customer service
Knowledge of mortgage banking, including Conventional, FHA, and VA
products
Familiarity with RESPA laws and guidelines
MLO/Originator License approved via NMLS
