A company is looking for an Executive Outplacement Career Coach
/ Job Search Strategist (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve
goals
Guide employees through the coaching process and milestone
completion
Advise and coach individual outplacement candidates on career
development and job search strategies
Required Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience in career coaching for
executives
Experience with executive resume development and interview
preparation
Bachelor's degree
Significant business experience at the Director level or above for
at least five years
Experience with virtual coaching using Microsoft Teams and Zoom
